Un po’ alla volta compariranno riflessioni sulle arti marziali tradizionali che conosco, la storia, i principi fondamentali, i benefici che possono dare al corpo ed alla mente e il senso che ha la loro pratica al giorno d’oggi.
Un po’ di divulgazione naturalistica su aspetti interessanti curiosi, o strani, della natura di oggi e del passato, con una spruzzatina di criptozoologia.

Photos, many photos, musings about the things I’m interested in and that I do.
Little adventures in the world of nature and street photography, mini tutorials about my way of doing macrophotography. Something about equipment, but without too much emphasis, since they are only tools to make photos.
There are also profiles of famous and less famous photographers I like, and sometimes inspired, my way of making photos.
I will also add musings about the martial arts I know and practice or have practiced, their history, the foundations, the good things they can do to the body and mind, the significance of practicing these arts nowadays. Also some digressions about interesting, curious or strange facts concerning natural life, of today and of the past.
Finally, but by no means the last ones, Cats, in every way, photos, history, science and culture, everything but those childish, silly, sweety, nonsense that usually plague most media.
